Once on the courtship step of interest, from 1 to 9, you can click on a topic within it, and related topics, above or below in the parchment menu to the right of any main Romantipedia article page.
Then you can navigate up or down within a more narrow list of topics related to the skills and understanding of romance in the parchment menu at right, which travels with you as you learn.
