The "My Courses" button gives you several options for tracking specific training courses you've enrolled in - with quizzes, lessons, stats and graduation certificates.
In the Course Directory, ONLY for Advanced Members, you may access free online courses with written and video education, on every step of courtship, or all of them.
If you are an Advanced Member, pick a course, and enroll. You'll be able to work with other students as you study together, or do so privately.
Once in, access your lessons, with study guides, and related videos.
Once in, navigation through the course is intuitive, you can jump ahead or go back, and pass the quiz. You can even take digital notes to print, store for review, or email to yourself.
